The IC Personnel Policy is available on the IC Intranet. If you feel you need more clarifications, you may contact Human Resources.

Who Do I Contact to Change My Personal Information?

To change your personal information on file (e.g., name, address, family status, telephone number), please send an email to Human Resources detailing the necessary changes.

Does The College Have A Dress Code?

There is no formal dress code. However, it is expected that IC Employees will dress in a professional manner. Good judgment will prevail when selecting the mode of attire for field trips and other College-related activities.

How Do I Get Set Up On Email?

An IC email account will be activated for you starting the day you sign a contract agreement with IC. Human Resources will provide you with the username and password. You should contact the IT Department to have Outlook set up on your PC.

How Do I Access My IC Email Account?

There are 2 ways:

  1. Via the IC website: From the top banner, choose Webmail
  2. Via Outlook on your desktop

Does An IC Email Mailbox Remain Active Indefinitely?

In the case of employees who discontinue employment at the College, their IC email mailbox will remain active for a period of 90 days after their last day of work or until September 1, whichever comes first.
