Health Care Benefits
Routine medical services, supplied by the College Health Service, are offered to all full-time employees and their dependents.
The College offers medical insurance plans to all faculty and staff as follows:
- Hired before July 2009: HIP and LIA medical insurance plans are available.
- Hired after July 2009: LIA medical insurance is available only.
Social Security Coverage
If you are a full-time Lebanese employee, you will be governed by the Lebanese Social Security Law. After 3 months of employment, you will become eligible for NSSF benefits (e.g., reimbursement of medical bills, family allowance, in-patient coverage).
