Make up exam policy
Please note the changes in the make-up exam policy:
The make-up exam policy will be kept as is with the addition of the following condition: students who already sat for 3 make up exams are not entitled to a 4th unless they get a medical report from the IC infirmary or AUBMC ER, otherwise they get a 40%. The new policy will read as follows in the Handbook:  All students who absent themselves from an announced exam or quiz will have to sit for a make-up exam/quiz. All make up exams will take place every Wednesday as needed from 2:00 p.m. till 3:00 p.m. Unless they have been absent for more than one announced exam within a week, students cannot be given the make-up exam during the break. All make up exams will be given on Wednesdays. In case the student has more than one exam/quiz to sit for within a week, the issue will be discussed on a case by case basis with the administration. Any student will be allowed a maximum of three make up exams on Wednesdays during the academic year. Beyond that, a medical report from the school physician or the AUMC Emergency Department will be required. If such a medical report is not supplied, the student will obtain a 40% on the exam.
Thank you,
