Professional Development

IC faculty and staff can take part in many professional development days and opportunities throughout the academic year.  The Educational Resources Center (ERC) provides the opportunity to attend a variety of workshops, locally and abroad, to advance knowledge and skills, enhance teaching effectiveness, and promote professional growth.  In an effort to introduce teachers to news skills and tools, the ERC arranges in-service days, training by international educational experts, and IB in-cooperation workshops.
