The diverse international makeup of our school enhances the learning environment, cultivating a global outlook and promoting cross-cultural understanding among our students.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

IC faculty and staff take part in many professional development days and opportunities throughout the academic year.  The Educational Resources Center (ERC) provides the opportunity to attend a variety of workshops, locally and abroad, to advance knowledge and skills, enhance teaching effectiveness, and promote professional growth.  In an effort to introduce teachers to news skills and tools, the ERC arranges in-service days, training by international educational experts, and IB in-cooperation workshops.

IC is committed to attracting a diverse and highly qualified faculty and staff while modernizing learning spaces with energy-efficient technologies and enhanced safety protocols. The school seeks to foster deeper engagement with its community by using inclusive and multilingual communication channels. Wellbeing initiatives are central to IC’s mission, focusing on students and staff social, emotional, and mental health. These initiatives are complemented by a broad range of co-curricular activities aimed at holistic development.
