COLLEGE PROFILE
International School (IC) in Lebanon is one of the largest international schools in the world. With over 3,600 students, the school has evolved throughout its long and rich history, dating back to 1891 in south-west Turkey.
The highest standards of academic and extra-curricular educational opportunities are consistently adhered to, in line with international accreditations and authorizations, including the Council of International Schools (CIS), New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC), Agency for French Education Abroad (AEFE), and International Baccalaureate (IB).
IC is an American-chartered, independent, non-profit, secular, co-educational international day school providing high-quality multilingual teaching and learning for students from pre-K to grade 12 across two campuses. IC offers a choice of four academic pathways: The Lebanese Program, the International Baccalaureate Program, the French Official Program, and the American College Preparatory Program.

The school seeks to foster deeper engagement with its community by using inclusive and multilingual communication channels. Wellbeing initiatives are central to IC’s mission, focusing on students and staff social, emotional, and mental health. These initiatives are complemented by a broad range of co-curricular activities aimed at holistic development.
