The Cookbook

Your Task:

*  Search for and compile a set of recipes that would be needed to prepare a Middle Ages feast.  Include main dishes, vegetable dishes and a dessert as well as a typical drink.

*  Locate modern-day recipes for similar dishes.

*  Compile the recipes into a Middle Ages to Modern cookbook.

*  Compare cooking styles and use of spices and hypothesize reasons for the change or differences.
