Student activities are an integral part of an IC education, in line with the philosophy that taking part in life outside of the classroom through extra-curricular activities is essential for a well-rounded education.
IC activities are social, philanthropic and cultural in nature and each activity is designed to foster cooperation, personal responsibility and good citizenship. Each of the six schools offers extra-curricular activities including Social Service, Drama, Music and Debate.
Because the location of IC makes it accessible to historical sites and cultural events in and around Lebanon, field trips are scheduled throughout the year, which serve to enrich students’ lessons in Geography, History, Current Events, Art and Environmental Studies.
